The Music Pedagogy Workshop of the University of Athens organized a lecture and concert by Raúl Capistrán Gracia, a professor at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes in Mexico, on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 18:00. The topic of his lecture was "Romanticism and Nationalism: The search for music identity in Mexican piano music." He interpreted works of Mexican composers on the piano as part of the lecture. The event was honored by the presence of the Mexican ambassador to Greece.
