The Music Education Lab of the Department of Music Studies, NKUA, is organising an interactive seminar and workshop on Thursday 20 March 2025, with guest speaker Dr Leon de Bruin of the University of Melbourne, entitled “Engagement, inclusion and social justice approaches to the instrumental music lesson”.

The seminar has three parts:

a. Instrumental pedagogy and the learning relationship,

b. Disability and music: Adaptive pedagogical approaches for inclusion, access and equity

c. Outline of a workshop on social justice.
