The aim of the course is to provide prospective educators with an introduction to the tools and methods of music teaching. Fundamental concepts and skills of the cognitive subject are analyzed, detailing the means as well as the methods that future primary education teachers can employ in their approaches to music teaching. Special emphasis is placed on the interdisciplinary/transdisciplinary approach of the Music course with other cognitive subjects within the comprehensive curriculum of all grades in primary school.
