The development of school music education in Greece since the early twentieth century is of considerable research and scholarly interest. With the contribution of Dr Magdalini Kalopana (Music Teacher, PE79.01), seconded to our Department in the academic year 2021–2022, and the assistance of practising and retired music teachers, we are collecting digitised school textbooks and their accompanying audio resources, where available. The aim is to preserve this material in our archive and make it accessible to anyone interested, without granting rights for commercial use.
